Method set first. The hypothesis, definitions and pass/fail rule were committed before any price data was downloaded. Later changes are logged with a reason.
Data from 10+ public sources, joined at the zip level: Redfin, Census ACS and TIGER files, Illinois and Indiana school results, FBI crime data, the EPA walkability index, OpenStreetMap roads and Metra, CTA and South Shore Line stations.
